中傭之道

職場上有一類人,待人處事但求別起衝突,以大事化小,小事化無為原則,游走於人海中不一定面面俱圓,但總以多一個朋友勝於多一個敵人為依歸,不走最前,不主動發言,永遠保持中傭之道。

反之,另一類人,對人對事自有一套判斷,事事要求有理說清,不平則鳴,話要說得清楚,做要做得徹底,不作妥協,誓不讓步,快人快語但求無愧於心。

從小至大,以後者自居,即使經常弄至損手爛腳,箭在背上,吃力不討好,亦會孤掌自鳴。然而今日經歷一事,啟發原來一廂情願橫衝直撞可能會傷及他人,自以為據理力爭、但有時根本無需探究真理。各人自有各人的要求,何苦硬將自我價值強加於人?有人追求平穩,有人熱衷爭辯,中傭之道又有何不可?
